Finance Executive

About the Role
As a key member of the Operational Finance team, you will play a vital role in delivering financial insights and strategic support to clinical and operational stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include evaluating new programs and initiatives, monitoring expenditures, implementing cost control strategies, and conducting sustainability and benchmarking analyses. You will also help manage the financial performance of hospital service areas and work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational and strategic challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to analyze operating expenses and performance, and support the review of strategic plans

• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to monitor program/specialty performance and promote cost efficiency

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and participate in regular operational reviews with stakeholders

• Provide financial guidance on policies, procedures, and decision-making processes

• Build in-depth knowledge of healthcare financials, cost structures, and subsidy frameworks to deliver insightful analyses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support pricing strategies

• Assist in the execution of projects aimed at improving financial processes, controls, and system capabilities

• Contribute to the implementation of finance-related systems (e.g., billing transformation, costing frameworks, subsidy policy changes), including associated change management initiatives

• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the healthcare sector

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and/or costing and pricing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage uncertainty and evolving priorities

• Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO and ISH), Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools is an added advantage
