Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 Monthly

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Finance Manager in maintaining the full set of accounts - AP, AR, GL for assigned entities.
  • Ensure proper accounting records are maintained and procedures are followed.
  • Accurately record transactions related to sales, purchases, receivables, payables, inventory, and cash in the accounting system.
  • Monitor and update all receipts and payments.
  • Assist in accounting for fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Process vendor payments and handle supplier inquiries and issues.
  • Verify employee claims and process claims payments.
  • Assist in month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the accountant or Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Higher certificate or Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Million accounting software is advantageous.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days/week (including alternate Saturdays).
  • Proactive, flexible, eager to learn, independent, meticulous.
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented.
  • Immediate or short notice availability preferred.
