A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a Finance/Accountancy professional to oversee accounting operations. The role requires managing full accounts, bookkeeping, and GST compliance. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience, a high level of accuracy, and good language skills in English and Chinese.
SCOPE OF WORK
• To take charge and maintain the full set of accounts to review and day-to-day accounting operations
• To perform bookkeeping GL, AP, AR, and cash management
• To track cash-flow by monitoring bank balance and review of payment for disbursement.
• To ensure monthly closing and the analyzing of management reports, by stipulated deadlines.
• To ensure GST compilation and submission, whilst following statutory standards and deadlines.
• Ensure internal controls system are in accordance with guidelines set by standard accounting manuals and Group policies.
• Prepare Audit schedules and liaise with auditors
• Other duties as assigned by your Superior.
