Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to support daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles, financial regulations, and proficient in managing company financial data with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks (AP, AR, GL entries).

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

  • Monitor and manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.

  • Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.

  • Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Assist in implementing internal controls and financial policies.

  • Process staff claims and monitor company expenses.

  • Collaborate with other departments for budget tracking and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an SME or multinational environment.

  • Familiarity with Singapore financial regulations and tax laws.
