As an Entry-Level Finance Executive, you will assist in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities. You will work closely with senior finance professionals to support key financial functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.



Responsibilities


  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

  • Support budgeting and financial planning processes.

  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims while maintaining accurate records.

  • Perform financial reconciliations, including bank and ledger accounts.

  • Monitor cash flow and assist in optimizing working capital.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

  • Assist in audits by providing necessary financial documentation and analysis.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and efficiencies.

  • Stay updated on financial trends, regulations, and best practices.



Qualifications


  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (internships included).
