Job summary

Cytiva in Singapore is seeking a Finance Director for SEA LSIG/Omics. You will establish the financial operating infrastructure across forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, serving as a strategic partner to the LSIG/Omics Commercial GM and leadership team to drive growth and ROIC.

This on-site role reports to the CFO, Danaher SEA ANZ, and involves governance, SOX controls, DBS Kaizens, and building scalable finance support models for a multi-country portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, monthly and quarterly reporting for SEA LSIG/Omics
• Serve as strategic finance partner to the LSIG/Omics Commercial GM and leadership team
• Drive business performance through performance management, ROIC objectives, and actionable insights
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance including SOX and intercompany processes
• Lead organizational capability building, DBS Kaizens, and scalable finance support models
