Job Description: Finance Director (Tech/Start up)

• Lead and manage the Singapore & regional finance team to ensure operational excellence;
• Oversee financial reporting (IFRS compliant) and global compliance/audit processes;
• Optimize cross-border cash management & FX risk mitigation strategies;
• Drive international tax planning to ensure compliance and efficiency;
• Implement finance digitalization and process improvements to support rapid scaling;
• Collaborate with business units as a strategic partner in global initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, CPA/ACCA preferred;
• 5-8 years of experience with combined background in Big 4 (audit/tax) and corporate finance;
• Deep expertise in IFRS, cross-border treasury, and tax; APAC/global project experience is a plus
• Thrive in a high-growth startup culture with agility and resilience under pressure
