Job summary

Clermont Group, headquartered in Singapore, seeks an experienced Finance leader for its largest operating company, Hoan My, in Vietnam. The role requires driving robust financial controls, policy development, and transparent reporting across healthcare operations and affiliated entities.

The ideal candidate is an International Chartered Accountant with 10+ years in finance, capable of strategic collaboration with Hoan My CFO and the Clermont finance team to optimise costs and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• International Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Healthcare industry experience highly preferred; managing financial operations in hospital networks is an advantage.
• Strategic thinker with excellent relational skills to represent the company with operating units and external parties.
• International business background, able to work across cultures and geographies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, capable of engaging C-Suite leaders.
• Ability to synthesize financial data into meaningful insights and executive summaries.
• Meticulous, proactive, well-organised, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold Clermont's financial principles, policies, and internal controls.
• Review and strengthen internal control framework to safeguard assets and ensure compliant reporting.
• Create policies, SOPs and control checklists for hospital units (procurement, billing, payroll, inventory).
• Perform periodic internal control reviews and coordinate corrective actions.
• Strengthen governance over cash management and identify transaction anomalies.
• Ensure timely, high-quality reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee budget management, cost control, cash flow and risk management.
• Undertake cost analyses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Perform due diligence on contractual terms, identify risks and non-compliance.
• Collaborate with Hoan My CFO and finance team across functions.
• Support strategy, business plans, capital plans and Clermont standards.
• Assist Clermont CFO with ad hoc financial analyses.
