Finance Director (Data Centres/Infrastructure Sector)

We're hiring a Finance Director to work closely with senior management for a rapidly expanding company in the data infrastructure space. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial oversight, strategic reporting, and operational discipline across a growing network of entities, while supporting executive decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily finance operations across business units, including consolidation, reporting, treasury, and compliance
  • Oversee group budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes with input from regional teams
  • Coordinate board materials, investor updates, and financial narratives for executive presentations
  • Track financials on major initiatives, including capex, cost programmes, and strategic investments
  • Ensure audit readiness, tax compliance, and robust financial controls across entities
  • Support the CFO on internal updates, scenario planning, and cross-functional coordination
  • Drive finance process improvement, automation, and data consistency across systems

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally within regional or group structures
  • CA, CPA, MBA or equivalent qualification
  • Strong grounding in consolidation, reporting, and financial controls
  • Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and business units
  • Experience in capital-intensive or tech-driven sectors is a plus
