Job description

1. In charge of the company's entire Accounting department, including oversight of quarterly budgets, monthly closing, GST submissions, and cash flow planning.

2. Ensure timely payments to all suppliers and prompt collection of receivables from clients.

3. Able to travel overseas to meet with clients and handle collection of outstanding amounts.

4. Train team members within the accounting department and review the performance of accounts managers.

5. Report to the CEO on a monthly basis with various reports.

6. Assist with annual accounts closing and oversee the entire audit process.

7. Manage company finance, including communication with banks regarding loan facilities.
