About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Director to lead the financial operations

of our international business headquartered in Singapore. This is a critical leadership

position responsible for overseeing the financial health, governance, and commercial

integrity of the company and its global subsidiaries. You will work closely with executive

leadership, regional finance teams, auditors, and cross-functional departments to drive

performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

-Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and business

Partnering for data-driven decision-making.

- Act as a financial advisor to business heads and the Board, ensuring strategic

alignment and sound fiscal management.

- Drive cost efficiency and optimize cross-border financial structures across

subsidiaries.

Group Finance Management

-Supervise and guide accounting, tax, and financial reporting across subsidiaries in

Singapore, UAE, India, Indonesia, and others.

-Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly financial closings and consolidation.

-Maintain financial controls and compliance with local regulatory requirements,

particularly in Singapore under ACRA and IRAS guidelines.

Audit & Internal Controls

-Serve as primary liaison for internal and external auditors across all entities.

-Lead statutory and group audits; manage audit queries and ensure audit readiness.

-Strengthen internal controls, especially around intercompany transactions, revenue

recognition, cost cross-charging, and subscription expense tracking.

Operational Finance & Systems

-Oversee global billing, accounts receivable, and subscription/license cost

management.

-Manage NetSuite ERP operations and improvements; work closely with system

administrators and process owners.

Tax &Transfer Pricing

-Oversee corporate tax filings, indirect taxes (e.g., GST, VAT), and withholding tax

assessments for global operations.

-Manage intercompany licensing, revenue attribution, and cost-sharing models to

ensure alignment with transfer pricing principles.

Key Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. CPA/CA or MBA preferred.

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5

years in a regional or group finance role.

Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (SFRS), tax rules, and

regulatory landscape.

Proven experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite.

Experience in working with digital platforms or technology-driven industries.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work with local

and overseas teams.

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
