1. MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Develop, enrich, and take care of human capital

- Define a target human organization that is suited to the current and future challenges of my activity
- Recruit and onboard complementary talents, both internal and external, without compromising on our essential criteria
- Create conditions that ensure the well-being of myself and my teammates

- Manage performance and take necessary actions to achieve objectives

2. Manage Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
- Perform regular in-depth analysis on financials.
- Ensure the integrity and financial accuracy of our books and records.
- Represent Accounting and Finance with business partners.
- Consult, bring transparency to business stakeholders on financial KPIs, figures and processes.
3. Lead Accounting Operations and Compliance
- Monitor ongoing financial operations within the company, in the area of responsibility
- Oversee the annual statutory financial statements process, including management of the external audit and tax compliance
- Ensure compliance by managing the internal control system’s performance and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement a team strategy that is connected to the country/BU/ group strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
- Experience: Minimally 5 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience as manager and in a corporate accounting environment is preferred)
- Specific knowledge: GAAP/IFRS Expertise, Financial Reporting, Internal Control, ERP Systems
