1. MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Develop, enrich, and take care of human capital

• Embody and bring to life the Purpose, Values, the 8 human fundamentals within the team
• Define a target human organization that is suited to the current and future challenges of my activity
• Recruit and onboard complementary talents, both internal and external, without compromising on our essential criteria
• Create conditions that ensure the well-being of myself and my teammates
• Lead and implement our management scheme to foster responsibility and autonomy in service of both collective and individual value creation
• Manage performance and take necessary actions to achieve objectives
• Animate the continuous development of my teammates' current and future skills to sustain our performance and support
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations and the company's code of conduct
• Manage compensation in alignment with internal policy
• Create and foster an environment that encourages open dialogue with all stakeholders

2. Manage Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
• Perform regular in-depth analysis on financials.
• Ensure the integrity and financial accuracy of our books and records.
• Represent Accounting and Finance with business partners.
• Consult, bring transparency to business stakeholders on financial KPIs, figures and processes.

3. Lead Accounting Operations and Compliance

• Monitor ongoing financial operations within the company, in the area of responsibility
• Oversee the annual statutory financial statements process, including management of the external audit and tax compliance
• Ensure compliance by managing the internal control system’s performance and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement a team strategy that is connected to the country/BU/ group strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• Experience: Minimally 5 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience as manager and in a corporate accounting environment is preferred)
• Specific knowledge: GAAP/IFRS Expertise, Financial Reporting, Internal Control, ERP Systems
