Job description

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all related working capital management, tax, budgeting, Corporate Finance, Projects/Investments/M&A evaluations & management and financial reporting.
• Drive the company’s financial strategy planning and implementation.
• Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities.
• Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team.
• Manage finance resources, assets management and oversee financial management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and tax bodies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent with relevant experience in a finance leadership role. CPA/ CA preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Business Chinese as the role requires dealings with Chinese speaking Associates.
• Able to present financial reports in English and Chinese effectively.
• Able to deliver powerful and clear business presentations, using appropriate tools and techniques
• Effective organisational skills and good-time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders.
