Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all related working capital management, tax, budgeting, Corporate Finance, Projects/Investments/M&A evaluations & management and financial reporting.
- Drive the company’s financial strategy planning and implementation.
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities.
- Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team.
- Manage finance resources, assets management and oversee financial management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and tax bodies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent with relevant experience in a finance leadership role. CPA/ CA preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Business Chinese as the role requires dealings with Chinese speaking Associates.
- Able to present financial reports in English and Chinese effectively.
- Able to deliver powerful and clear business presentations, using appropriate tools and techniques
- Effective organisational skills and good-time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders.
