In charge of the company’s Accounting department, including quarterly budget oversight, monthly closing, monthly GST submission, and monthly cash flow budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Accounting department, including quarterly budget oversight, monthly closing, GST submission, and monthly cash flow budgeting.
• Ensure on-time payment to suppliers and on-time collection of receivables from clients.
• Travel overseas to discuss with clients and collect outstanding amounts.
• Train accounting department team members and review the performance of accounts managers.
• Prepare monthly reports for the CEO and provide various financial insights.
• Assist with yearly accounts closing and manage the audit process.
• Manage company finance, including liaison with banks to facilitate loan facilities.
