We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to hire a Finance Director based in Singapore, overseeing operations across Southeast Asia. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced finance professional with a strong strategic mindset and the ability to lead cross-border teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

You will take charge of the full finance function across the region, guiding a high-performing team of 10+ professionals. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping financial strategy, driving operational efficiency, and enabling commercial success across multiple jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide financial leadership and strategic insight across SEA, aligning regional performance with global objectives.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax, audit, and treasury operations.

• Partner with project and operational leaders to improve profitability through accurate project costing and margin analysis.

• Enhance and scale financial systems and processes to support business growth.

• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations across all jurisdictions.

• Develop and mentor a high-impact regional finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

• Contribute to executive-level decision-making as a key member of the regional leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/CA or equivalent strongly preferred.

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience, with regional exposure in Southeast Asia.

• Background in professional services (e.g., consulting, legal) is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrable ability project costing, commercial finance, and stakeholder engagement.

• Working knowledge of regional financial compliance and statutory obligations.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-border teams and driving strategic outcomes.

• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
