Job description

1. Lead the company’s global financial management, including the development and enhancement of financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems to ensure cross-border compliance.
2. Oversee the accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and audit matters of subsidiaries in various regions.
3. Establish and implement effective cost control systems to enhance overall financial efficiency.
4. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
5. Assist the CEO in budgeting, tax planning, and financial risk management.
6. Manage and develop the local finance team, ensuring continuous improvement of professional capabilities.
