Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead our financial operations during a critical growth phase, including preparation for and execution of an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public company financial leadership, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

• IPO & Public Company Readiness
  • Lead all financial aspects of IPO preparation, including audit readiness, financial disclosures, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, SOX).
  • Collaborate with investment banks, legal counsel, and auditors to ensure a successful IPO process.
  • Develop and manage investor relations strategies, including earnings calls, investor presentations, and shareholder communications.
• Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Drive financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Financial Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
  • Monitor financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Team Development & Leadership
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance organization, including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Finance team members in China.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and work permit applications.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 7 years of senior financial leadership experience, including successful IPO execution.
• Deep understanding of public company reporting requirements and capital markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools is a plus.
