Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing financial risk.
- Lead cash flow management, working capital optimization, and funding strategies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial procedures.
- Provide financial insight and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Support M&A activities, investment strategies, and corporate development initiatives (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- CA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
- Minimum [8-10] years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High integrity and commitment to ethical financial management.
