Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s objectives. Create long-term financial forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for the company.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators. Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to seniormanagement.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Identify and mitigate financial risks. Manage tax compliance matters.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring alignment with business goals. Foster collaboration between the finance department and other units, such as product development, marketing, and operations.
