Job description

Location: office| Duration: 4 Months | Full-Time

We’re looking for an exceptionally meticulous individual with experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to support our finance data migration project.

Responsibilities:

• Migrate financial data with 100% accuracy from legacy systems to new platforms
• Cross-check, validate, and reconcile data entries (AR, AP, GL)
• Identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Assist in financial clean-up and record standardization
• Liaise with finance and IT teams to ensure smooth data integration

️ Requirements:

• Prior experience in finance operations, particularly in AR and AP
• High-speed and accurate data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or new softwares) preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Available to commit for 4 months full-time
• Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm
