Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Equity/Investment Research Analyst for a contract, remote engagement ranging 10–40 hrs/week. You will review datasets, assess earnings, and contribute to AI training with real-world equity research.

The ideal candidate has sell-side research experience with ownership of company models and written research, a track record across multiple earnings cycles, and deep sector knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum; strong relevant experience as a sell-side Research Associate with direct ownership of company models and written research.
• Proven ability to cover multiple companies through several earnings cycles and maintain comprehensive models.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one sector (e.g., banks, insurance, biotech) with specialist insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
• History of granular earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research updates.

• Produce high-quality, concise written research summaries and event-driven updates based on deep sector expertise.

Requirements
