Daily Tasks:

  • Issue customer invoices and send promptly
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Handle coach ticket sales via WhatsApp & email (commission-based)
  • Answer coach ticket enquiries from customers
  • Send month-end invoice summary to customers
  • Assist in general admin duties as needed

Customer Support:

  • Maintain WhatsApp channel with customers
  • Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally

Requirements

  1. Able to speak and write clearly in English
  2. Quick responder on WhatsApp and email
  3. Admin or invoicing experience is a plus
  4. Can handle tough customers calmly and professionally
