Job summary

A leading company in the electrical industry seeks a Finance cum HR Executive to manage financial statements and HR tasks. The role involves preparing accounts, payroll functions, and liaising with external parties. The successful candidate will have a diploma in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in the Retail & Wholesale sectors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Retail & Wholesale.
  • Knowledge of accounting and payroll systems is a plus.
  • Responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare full set of financial statements and manage daily accounting functions.
  • Handle payroll and full spectrum of HR duties.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.

Job description

We are seeking Finance cum HR Executive. This role often involves assisting with accounts, payroll, and also managing HR tasks like recruitment and employee relations.

Job Description

  • Prepare full set of financial statements
  • Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL functions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary
  • Able to handle financial and management reporting
  • Able to perform CPF and GST submission
  • Fixed assets schedule
  • Process payments to vendors
  • Send SOA and follow up on customers outstanding amount
  • Payroll and full spectrum of HR duties
  • Renewal of vehicles and employees insurance
  • Experience with WP and EP online
  • Office Administration
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting or any account certificate
  • Min 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in Retail & Wholesale industry
  • Knowledge of Million Accounting & Payroll is a plus
  • Independent worker, team player, responsible
  • Self-motivated
  • Work by Ang Mo Kio
  • Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 12noon
  • Start work ASAP
  • Preferer SIngaporean / SPR
