The Role:

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, month/year-end closing

  • Handle staff claims, intercompany transactions, and quarterly GST reporting

  • Maintain accurate financial records and support audit preparation

  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and external vendors

Admin/HR

  • Support full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, benefits, and exit processes

  • Maintain HR records and company documents

  • Manage office administration, vendor coordination, insurance, leasing, and risk matters

  • Assist with banking documentation and general admin support, including office/warehouse supplies and IT coordination

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably with 2-3 years of Accounting and Admin/HR experience

  • Experience with SAP and Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage.
