Vous serez responsable du suivi des performances et de l'optimisation des flux de trésorerie dans un environnement collaboratif et dynamique.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 2-3 ans en tant que Finance Manager dans l'industrie manufacturière requis.
• Compétences en gestion financière et en ressources humaines.

Company Overview:

• Basic Salary up to $8000 + Performance Bonus (twice a year)
• Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm
• Kaki Bukit Area
• Manufacturing Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Finance (budgeting and reporting), Administration (payroll, benefits, supplies, and equipment), and Human Resources (recruiting, hiring, and training) to ensure all functions align and operate cohesively in support of the company’s goals and objectives.
• Track and report Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) covering revenue, profit margin, customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, compliance, and AR.
• Lead and mentor teams to foster a high-performance, ethical, and collaborative work environment.
• Partner with executives to align strategy, KPIs, and project execution with business objectives and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Optimize cash flow by evaluating credit risk, managing payment terms, and implementing fintech tools.
• Maintain financial health through budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control while ensuring quality.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance
• At least 2-3 years of working experience as Finance Manager preferbably in Manufacturing Industry
