Finance Coordinator (6 months Contract)
Job description
Purpose of role: Assist in finance & administrative matters
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Involve in Oracle data migration process, such as support accurate and timely data entry, data verification during system migration etc.
- Assist in verifying and creating new vendor code and new customer code in the system.
- Support closing activities for Singapore entities, including intercompany invoice matching.
- Expense claims validation and processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Bachelor of Accountancy
- 1 year work experience in a Finance / an Accounting team
- Experience with any ERP systems is good
- Familiar with Excel spreadsheet
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical and proactive
- Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimum supervision
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
