We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Controller to lead the finance function, drive business growth, and support regional expansion in the high-tech semiconductor space.

A high-growth, innovation-driven company in the technology and semiconductor space is seeking a commercially astute Finance Controller to join its leadership team.

Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Develop financial strategies to support R&D investments, cost management, and funding initiatives.
  • Oversee financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with Singapore and international accounting standards.
  • Build and strengthen financial systems, controls, and processes to support scale and regional expansion.
  • Engage with external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Profile

Ideal Candidate:
  • CPA/CA/ACCA-qualified with at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in high-growth tech, semiconductors, or engineering environments.
  • Proven experience in scaling finance functions within a growing and entrepreneurial organisation.
  • Strong understanding of international accounting standards, compliance, and cross-border financial management.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to connect financial outcomes with business strategy.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building structure, and influencing across senior levels.
  • Prior experience in capital raising, M&A, or IPO-readiness is an advantage.
