Your new role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the full accounting and finance functions and lead the growth of the finance team. This role offers high autonomy as the organization plans to expand an existing product into various markets.

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth and profitability in commodities trading.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for trading activities.
• Risk Management: Establish frameworks to mitigate financial risks related to commodities trading.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Capital Management: Oversee funding, liquidity, and investment decisions.
• Compliance and Regulation: Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and oversight.
• Collaboration with Trading Team: Work closely with traders and analysts to provide financial insights.
