Job summary

Maybank Securities is seeking a motivated intern for the Client Engagement team. This role supports day-to-day functions with a focus on content, including curating and posting research, trading ideas, and articles across platforms.

You will help manage client communications via email, WhatsApp, and Telegram, assist with content creation and educational materials, and collaborate with dealers on ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
• Strong project and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Curate and post relevant research, trading ideas, and articles on various platforms.
• Manage and maintain client communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
• Write and edit market updates and educational materials.
• Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Contribute to various team initiatives and projects; support the dealers in their day-to-day activities.
