Job summary

EY Singapore seeks an Associate/Consultant in Accounting Compliance & Reporting to support and deliver integrated services, including tax compliance, statutory accounts and finance managed services. You will coordinate with clients and EY teams, prepare working papers and assist with process improvements.

Required are a relevant degree and 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance, with familiarity in SFRS and international standards.

Qualifications

A degree in accounting, finance, tax, economics or related discipline; CPA, CA or similar preferred.
1 year for associate and 3 years for consultant in accounting, audit, financial reporting or tax compliance.
Familiarity with SFRS and international accounting standards.
Strong verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
Organizational, analytical and project coordination skills.
Ability to guide junior team members and deliver with time pressure.
Interest in leveraging digital tools, automation and workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients, EY teams and stakeholders to deliver client engagements.
Prepare and review working papers, reconciliations, reporting packs and trackers.
Support risk management, quality control and process improvement across ACC & Reporting and FMS.
Onboard clients and assist with transition activities for FMS engagements.
Monitor service delivery timelines and address queries across engagements.
