Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with EU & UK regional leaders and R&D teams to shape key performance indicators, analyze cost-to-serve metrics, and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate internal control effectiveness by identifying risk exposures across compliance, financial, and operational areas; recommend and implement remediation measures.
  • Generate and disseminate timely business intelligence reports with actionable insights, incorporating both financial and operational KPIs.
  • Perform comprehensive monthly financial variance analysis and engage with function heads to understand key cost drivers and optimize selling and distribution spend.
  • Lead cross-functional process reviews to map current workflows and design improved future-state models aligned with business priorities.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments, identify areas requiring control enhancements, and coordinate mitigation strategies with relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate risk issues and control deficiencies proactively to leadership, initiating prompt corrective actions and monitoring resolution progress.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to align process improvements with corporate goals, while addressing operational constraints and enabling scalability.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex financial insights to stakeholders with varied finance proficiency.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Brings at least five years of relevant finance business partnering experience, ideally within multinational environments, involving cross-functional exposure to areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, and core Finance functions.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Willing to relocate and be based in Europe.
