Finance Business Partner (Strategic Finance)

Our client is an established US MNC and a leading player in its industry. They are currently looking to hire a driven and sharp Finance Business Partner to join their regional team, with a mandate to drive financial targets and support business profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a progressive career track record and regional experience in a complex business environment. Industry exposure involving inventory (such as FMCG or Manufacturing), and experience across multiple channels or business lines, will be prioritized.

• Degree in Accountancy
• Progressive career track record with international MNCs, proven track record in managing Regional/ Asia Commercial Finance and Business Partnering portfolio
• MUST: Thrives in challenging and dynamic environment, with solid experience in complex business structures involving multiple channels or business lines
• Industry exposure involving inventory (such as FMCG or Manufacturing) required
• Direct experience supporting General Manager and Sales to deliver financial results, and involvement in pricing will be highly advantageous
• Prior costing and/or supply chain background can be helpful
• Traits: Highly driven and sharp, excellent communication and presentation skills, growth mindset, detailed, collaborative and hardworking

We are looking for a high-calibre and progressive talent to be a key strategic partner to the executive team, overseeing a regional Commercial Finance portfolio. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting regional leadership to achieve financial & business objectives as well as long-term strategic goals.

• Commercial Finance - identify business unit performance measures, drive company profitability and business unit objectives
• Develop pricing and strategic business plans
• A key business partner to evaluate, develop and lead the implementation of financial strategies and business plans
• Lead the development of key performance indicators to align with commercial objectives
• Evaluate capital investments, support and achieve working capital plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and track strategic and financial plans
• Partner with operations and supply chain to improve productivity and efficiency across factories and materials
• Ensure proper financial controls and compliance processes are effectively maintained
