Finance Business Partner Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Budgeting and Cost Management
   Help business units create annual budgets that suit their operations.
   Analyze cost structures to find ways to cut costs, and monitor cost-control measures.
   Track budget execution, identify variances, and suggest adjustments.
2. Financial Analysis and Decision-Support
   Set up a financial analysis system to evaluate business performance and market trends.
   Produce regular financial reports, providing insights for decision-making.
   Use financial models to assess business projects and support project-related decisions.
3. Risk Management
   Identify financial risks related to business operations.
   Develop risk-mitigation strategies, and collaborate with different departments to implement them.
4. Business Collaboration
   Build strong relationships with business units, understand their needs, and offer financial advice.
   Work with other departments to support strategic initiatives and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Around 5 years of experience as a finance business partner, preferably in the financial sector.
3. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
5. Knowledge of Singaporean financial regulations.
