We are helping our client, a fast-growing software development company operates across APAC, for an experienced Finance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close and reporting process in alignment with relevant accounting standards.
• Manage the preparation of monthly forecasts and perform in-depth variance analysis.
• Oversee day-to-day cash flow planning, working capital efficiency, and treasury operations.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to support audits and filings.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic planning, business reviews, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
