Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Finance Automation / RPA Engineer to identify, design, build, and implement automation across finance processes.

You will streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and drive continuous process improvement with automation. You will map finance workflows such as AUA, Gross Revenue, and Fees Payable, design and deploy RPA bots, and integrate with GROW, Oracle, and other systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Automation / Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Proven Python and scripting experience.
• Experience automating Finance or Finance-related processes.
• Experience collaborating with Finance teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze finance workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Experience developing automation scripts, bots, workflows, or data pipelines.
• Experience with system integration, preferably Oracle or other financial systems.
• Knowledge of UAT, testing, governance, and data-security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train Finance teams on dashboards, tools, and new workflows.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying further automation opportunities.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs.

We are looking for a hands‑on Finance Automation / RPA Engineer to identify, design, build, and implement automation solutions across finance-related processes. The role will work closely with Finance teams to streamline manual workflows, improve data accuracy, integrate financial systems, and drive continuous process improvement through automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and analyse existing finance workflows, including processes such as AUA, Gross Revenue, Fees Payable, and related financial operations.
• Identify manual bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation scripts, RPA bots, and data pipelines.
• Build automation solutions using Python, scripting languages, and available RPA/automation tools.
• Integrate automation solutions with GROW, Oracle, and other finance-related systems.
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new automation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain technical governance, documentation, controls, and data-security standards for automation solutions.
• Monitor automation performance and resolve issues to ensure stable and reliable operations.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions to improve finance visibility and decision-making.
• Train Finance teams on the use of automated dashboards, tools, and new workflows.
• Support a culture of continuous process improvement by identifying further automation opportunities.
• Maintain process documentation, solution designs, SOPs, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience in Automation / Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Good hands‑on experience with Python and script writing.
• Proven experience automating Finance or Finance‑related processes.
• Experience working closely with Finance teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse finance workflows and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Experience developing automation scripts, bots, workflows, or data pipelines.
• Experience with system integration, preferably involving Oracle or other financial systems.
• Good understanding of UAT, testing, technical governance, and data-security requirements.
• Strong process‑mapping, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Good stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to document technical and business processes clearly.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting automation, or data visualisation is advantageous.

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Experience with Oracle Financial systems
• Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar tools
