Finance Associate [Tech Industry / Audit / Perm]

• Salary: Up to $5,500 + Bonuses

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Associate with at least 3 years of experience in an accounting/corporate finance role to join our growing team. As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for the daily finance operations, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage financial projects, and provide valuable insights to senior management.

JOB SCOPES:

• Assist with the month-end close processes and maintenance of general ledgers.
• Ensure accurate monthly financial reporting deliverables, including reconciliations, balance sheets, income statements and cashflow statements.
• Analyse accounting data to produce financial insights and forecasts.
• Prepare and record journal entries; process and record invoices, follow up with payments and collections.
• Work collaboratively with auditors in their requests for financial and compliance information including regulatory, external, and internal audit review.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of GST returns.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Accounting Standards, tax regulations and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assist with process improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean(s) only.
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and professional qualification.
• 3+ years of audit or corporate finance experience.
