A leading shared services center in Singapore is hiring a Finance Associate/Senior Finance Associate. In this full-time and permanent role, the successful candidate will be responsible for financial operations, including billings, processing invoices, and ensuring month-end closing of accounts. We are a Shared Services Centre providing business services to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong/China, and Europe. We are a growing organization hiring for multiple roles.

This is a full-time and permanent role.

The successful candidate will work with the team to perform daily operations and ensure timely closing of accounts during month-end:

  • Raise billings to clients
  • Process vendor invoices and payments
  • Follow up on Vendor SOA and payment inquiries
  • Perform and analyze reconciliations, reports, and schedules
  • Respond to and follow up on issues and queries from internal and external parties
  • Participate in reviewing processes periodically to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and participate in projects
  • At least a diploma in accounting or equivalent; we welcome both experienced candidates and fresh graduates
  • Proficient in MS Excel and computer savvy
  • D365 experience is an advantage but not necessary
