A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Assistant to handle customer enquiries and perform cashiering duties. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of finance experience and qualifications in Accounting/Finance. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. This is a 1-year contract role with a 5-day work week.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Handling customers' enquiries as well as performing cashiering duties.
Perform Accounts Receivable functions.
Processing of invoices and payment.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min GCE 'O' Levels/NITEC in Accounting/Finance qualification with 1 year of relevant finance experience.
A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
People oriented with a willingness to learn.
Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to be able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors / customers / staff)
Able to start within a short period will be preferred
Employment Type: 1-year contract (renewable)
Working Days: 5-days (Mondays to Fridays)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 1.00 pm
Work location: West - Bukit Gombak & Teck Whye
