1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and supervise the team of Finance Business Partners for the operations team.
  • Liaise with and submit the required financial data and schedules to the headquarters on a regular basis.
  • Manage and review sales invoices and customers’ Statements of Account (SOA) regularly.
  • Monitor customer credit control and highlight long-overdue payments to management and relevant departments.
  • Review payments and oversee accounts payables functions.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for government agencies (e.g., GST reports).
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly forecasts to support business operations.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cash positions to support operational needs and ensure financial stability.
  • Conduct and report in-depth financial analysis, assess financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, oversee tax filings, and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

2. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including supervisory roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong numerical analysis and data interpretation skills.
  • Strategic planning and forecasting abilities.
