Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee a broad range of finance activities, including treasury management and reporting. Job description

Key Responsibilities:


Manage full spectrum of finance activities, Treasury, Financial Accounting and Management Reporting, oversee and review the work done by the finance team.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Collaborate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
Oversee global treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and intercompany funding.
Manage Treasury matters, including monitoring global currency markets for trends, managing banking and forex activities, fixed deposit placements and currency conversions.
Responsible for corporate taxation, review tax computation and liaise with tax agents to manage the filing process.
Provide support to business unit managers with necessary financial reports and analysis in terms of profitability.
Oversee and review the work done by the finance team.
Optimize cash utilization and monitor foreign exchange exposures and hedging strategies.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Develop and implement treasury policies and internal controls.
Ensure financial policies and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to across global entities.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on finance operations.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and treasury, ideally within a multinational or regional capacity.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a matrix organization and across cultures is a plus.
