Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Singapore seeks a Finance Manager to oversee comprehensive finance activities and treasury operations. The role involves preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, along with CPA or ACCA qualifications and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of finance activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Collaborate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
- Oversee global treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and intercompany funding.
- Optimize cash utilization and monitor foreign exchange exposures and hedging strategies.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and internal controls.
- Liaise with global finance teams to support cross-border transactions and ensure consistency in financial practices.
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives and global process standardization.
- Ensure financial policies and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to across global entities.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on finance operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and treasury, ideally within a multinational or regional capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial and treasury operations, including FX and intercompany transactions.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and across cultures is a plus.
