Job summary

Bacha Coffee PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to support daily AR functions for outlets and eCommerce. The role focuses on invoicing accuracy, posting in the accounting system, and receivables follow-up.

Ideal candidates have at least a diploma in accounting, 1 year of AR experience, and familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision. Strong Excel/Word skills and independent teamwork are preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess at least NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in this role.
• Knowledge in Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision accounting software will be preferred.
• Experience in handling transactions and/or accounts of F&B industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word.
• Committed, meticulous, positive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, team player.
• Ability to work within tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily AR function (outlet and eCommerce sales).
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing entries and posting in accounting system.
• Perform validation, posting and matching of receipts and collections.
• Assist in monitoring and following up on outstanding receivables.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on AR-related matters.
• Support audit and internal control requirements.
• Assist in general AR administration and documentation.
• Support AR process improvement and clean-up activities when required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties.
