JOB SCOPE – TOPS BILLING ASSISTANT

1. Process accurate and timely billing to customers
2. Familiarise with Schedule of Rates to ensure accurate billing
3. Liaise with operation team to ensure accuracy in billing details
4. Address customers’ queries on billing
5. Any other billing-related duties

Types of billing:

1. Berthing
2. Monthly layup
3. Crane / Forklift / Trailer
4. Diesel / Facilitating fee/ 3rd party Contract Log/ Safety QHSE
5. Lump sum Billing
6. Others

You must be entitled to work in Singapore and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
