A leading company is seeking a motivated individual for a clerical and accounting position. You will perform general administrative tasks, manage records, and communicate with vendors. Candidates must have at least an 'O' Level qualification, be proficient in Mandarin, and possess a positive work attitude.
Responsibilities:
Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function
Updating and maintaining of records required
To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries
Liaising with vendors / other departments when needed
Perform other Ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum ‘O’ Level
· Competent in MS Office Applications, MYOB, GST related knowledge
· Responsible and highly motivated individual
· Positive working attitude
· Independent, meticulous and possess initiative
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin – Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
· Experience in full set of accounts is an advantage
· 5-day work week
· Able to start work immediately
