Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review customer purchase orders, invoices and chasing for payments.
- Prepare and manage supplier payments for Malaysia and Singapore Companies.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation for Malaysia and Singapore Companies.
- Review and perform GST reporting for Singapore Companies.
- Provide support in preparing and maintaining the relevant documentation for external accountants.
- Lead, guide and interact with the administrative staff to perform their daily functions efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to Finance Manager.
- Assist Finance Manager to improve on the Company’s administrative workflow with new/existing software.
- Develop strong working relationships with senior management and administrative personnel for effective and smooth operations.
CAREER PROGRESSION
- Guidance by Finance Manager and attend Company sponsored training courses for progression to similar role.
- Scope of work will gradually be progressed to reviewing and managing the Company’s administration and finance matters.
- Stable, family-oriented environment with the support of experienced colleagues whom majority have been with the Company more than 10 years.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates with at least two (2) years in similar administrative position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate with basic English.
- Knowledge of Autocount and/or Quickbooks Accounting Software will be advantageous.
- Positive and willing to learn attitude.
