Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable or accounts receivable function
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and/or processing of invoices for payment
• Ensure timely reconciliation of financial transactions and bank statements
• Prepare journals, reports and audit schedules as required
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and/or customers where necessary
• Attend inventory stock take
