A company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for clerical and administrative support. Responsibilities include managing documents, maintaining records, and liaising with vendors. The ideal candidate should have 'O' Level education and proficiency in MS Office and MYOB. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential. This position is suitable for motivated and independent individuals ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
· Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function
· Updating and maintaining of records required
· To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries
· Liaising with vendors/other departments when needed
· Perform other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum ‘O’ Level
· Competent in MS Office Applications, MYOB, GST related knowledge
· Responsible and highly motivated individual
· Positive working attitude
· Independent, meticulous and possess initiative
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is
essential
· Experience in full set of accounts is an advantage
· 5-day work week
· Able to start work immediately
