Finance and Office Manager

The Finance and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily finance, administrative, and human resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and streamline all administrative processes
  • Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and commission calculations
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, and handling leave systems
  • Assist in management reports, annual audits, and compliance reporting
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls
  • Provide assistance/support for IT matters
  • Perform other ad hoc support as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and office management
  • Knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
