Job description

Join a fast-growing, agile business as we scale across digital commerce and regional markets. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & HR Executive to anchor our internal operations and support our leadership with reliable insights, compliance, and people management.

What You’ll Do


Finance (60%)

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
  • Support month-end closings and prepare financial reports
  • Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and internal cost tracking
  • Liaise with external accountants/auditors on GST, tax, and statutory reporting

Human Resources (40%)

  • Coordinate payroll processing and statutory submissions
  • Maintain HR records and leave management systems
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
  • Assist with policy rollouts and drive basic HR compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR, or Business Administration
  • 2–4 years of experience in a hybrid finance/admin role (e-commerce or startup experience a plus)
  • Familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
  • Independent, reliable, and thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a collaborative mindset
