Job Summary: We are a leading AI and robotics company at the forefront of technological innovation, dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance and Administration Executive to support day-to-day financial operations and administrative functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient office management and drive financial and operational excellence within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting and administrative operations including payables, bill of materials and

receivables.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory costs, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
  • Process staff expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office administrative functions such as procurement, stationery, and asset inventory.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and office administration.
  • High attention to detail, good time management, and organizational skills is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g. Dynamics Business Central,

QuickBooks, MYOB) is preferred.

  • Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry, particularly in AI and robotics, is preferred.
